Prints

SALVATION's fine-art print collection is a series of images curated to convey a deep sense of beauty and revelation. A transfer of knowledge and encouragement to empower new generations of conservation action and advocacy. Each print is an image captured across three decades of work in some of the most remote and contested regions on earth. Every sale is a contribution to the fight against wildlife trafficking and the protection of the species and ecosystems at greatest risk — turning every print into a genuine act of resistance.

book

At the heart of SALVATION is a large-format photographic book taking us on a journey from the bat caves of northern Laos to the heart of the Congo in Africa, and from the great forests of Australia to the conflict zones of Burma. It highlights the rare and endangered animals that are being plundered for profit, but also celebrates the beauty of the natural world, underscoring its importance to our wellbeing. Featuring a foreword by Dr. Jane Goodall and imagery from Sebastião Salgado, it is designed as a record of what's now at stake and stands as the cornerstone of the SALVATION Project — released in early 2027.

Exhibitions

The SALVATION exhibitions are a curated extension of the book and film designed for galleries, museums and institutions across the world, turning each event into a compelling engagement with the reality of modern conservation. Large in scale and immersive in design, the work is built to move viewers from awareness to action. Featuring imagery aligned with the work of Sebastão Salgado the exhibitions launch alongside the SALVATION book and film in early 2027.

Documentary

The SALVATION documentary follows over two decades of work across Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe exposing the illegal wildlife trade and the people fighting to contain it. Built on rare access and trusted relationships, it's a character-driven, observational film that trades reportage for empathy and immersion. Featuring contributions from Dr. Jane Goodall and Sebastião Salgado, and supported by Documentary Australia, it releases alongside the SALVATION book and global exhibitions in early 2027.

‘Salvation: The Battle for Earth’s Wildlife’ is a multi-platform media project that will examine the reasons behind the international wildlife trade, the global loss of biodiversity and the essential actions needed to stop it. At its core will be a large format book linked to a comprehensive online platform that will deliver the production journey and provide a vital resource that will combine images, video, stories and interviews.

The power of photography

SALVATION takes us on a journey from the bat caves of northern Laos to the heart of the Congo in Africa, and from the great forests of Australia to the conflict zones of Burma. It highlights the rare and endangered animals that are being plundered for profit, but also celebrates the beauty of the natural world, underscoring its importance to our wellbeing. It will also honour the wisdom of indigenous communities whose rich knowledge and respect for the environment are helping to protect earth’s biodiversity and restore the fragile ancient balance between man and nature. 

Through this journey, the authors talk to poachers, wildlife traffickers, indigenous leaders, conservationists, scientists and international enforcement agencies, telling their stories to deliver powerful insight into the challenges they face. The project looks at the remarkable role of women and indigenous cultures in conservation; it looks at how re-wilding is helping to bring life back to once destroyed landscapes; and it reveals important conservation success stories and the extraordinary efforts of young activists and local communities to repair our relationship with nature.

People respond strongly to emotion and powerful images reach people in ways that no other medium can. Photographic storytelling is crucial for wildlife conservation and advocacy. When so many of us are alienated from nature and wildlife, powerful images influence people in ways that no other medium can. 

Nature underwrites our existence yet it is taken for granted. In an age of multiple global threats and challenges we now find ourselves at a critical juncture. Upcoming generations face multiple existential issues compounded by shifting baseline syndrome, global insecurity, climate change and a crisis of hope. 

Salvation highlights the true nature and consequence of trafficking wildlife and the destruction of nature but also gives us many reasons to be positive about the future we create, showing that a harmonious relationship with the natural world is possible and indeed utterly essential to how we inhabit the biosphere, and how we may envision a future residence on earth that includes sustainable human and wild populations.

The Project

SALVATION: The Battle for Earth's Wildlife is built across four pillars — a landmark book, a feature documentary, global exhibitions and a series of print collections — each drawing on more than two decades of first line photography and journalism.

On the ground, the work is shaped by the people closest to the fight — conservationists, scientists, enforcement agencies, indigenous leaders, local communities and, where access allows, the traffickers themselves. The stories that emerge are documented through immersive photography, long-form investigation and embedded observation, then carried into the world through publishing, film, exhibitions and a growing online platform.
